🎉🍻 Flowctoberfest – A Toast to Our Team! 🍻🎉 At our monthly all-hands meeting, we took a new direction this time and transformed our café into a mini Oktoberfest – Flowctoberfest! Instead of pizza and drinks, we indulged in traditional Bavarian delicacies: Weisswurst (the vegan version was also a hit with sweet mustard), pretzels, Obazda, and of course, 🍺 Oktoberfest beer! Bavarian music echoed through the room – at least for a moment — but didn’t quite create the festive Munich beer hall atmosphere we were hoping for. Even though the flowkey offsite is already a beloved tradition, this year we really took it to the next level. Over three days, we explored new workshop formats, listened to inspiring presentations, and connected across teams in fresh, creative ways – all set against the beautiful Brandenburg countryside. 🌳✨ The workshops were filled with energy, but there was still plenty of time to unwind, share meals, and have those meaningful, heart-to-heart conversations. And with temperatures nearing 30°C and endless sunshine? It couldn’t have been better! ☀️ From jam sessions to team-building activities, each moment reminded us of the values we share and how much we’ve grown together. Our team faced a delicious dilemma this month: Waffle Breakfast or Hot Dog Lunch. The winner? The humble, yet mighty sausage. 🌭🏆 We truly went all in, with gourmet options like sauerkraut, various relishes, and jalapeños, alongside classic toppings like fried onions and mustard. It was the perfect chance for everyone to "add their own mustard to the mix". 😉 Of course, no meal is complete without dessert – freshly made popcorn was the perfect finishing touch. 🍿 After all that delicious indulgence, some of us felt a little heavier around the waist.
