GERMAN TANKER SHIPPING - 46 DWT IMO II/III TANKER – Newbuilding update – 01st October 2024 The first out of six keel-layings has been successfully celebrated yesterday by Xiamen Shipbuilding Industry Co. Ltd. & Fujian Mawei Shipbuilding Ltd. We are very much excited to see the building progress and the first pictures from our first newbuilding. Furthermore we are happy to share that the steel cutting for the second unit took place beginning of September and the steel cutting of unit number three is going to happen in January 2025. Our local- but also Bremen-based colleagues are impressed about the high quality work and good timely progress throughout all milestones off the entire project so far. We are delighted to see that the whole newbuilding project is already slightly ahead of the original time schedule! As per the latest update from the shipyard the first newbuilding will be handed over to GTS in September 2025. Subsequent deliveries of the following units to be expected with intervals of 3 months. Owners are looking forward to share updated information about the next milestone of this newbuilding programme the near future.

GTS on their way to fleet decarbonization and fleet rejuvenation We can proudly advise that all wheels are in full motion for our new building project. Last year we signed for the first 4 units and early this year we confirmed the options for unit number 5 and 6. Furthermore, we are excited to share that the first steel cut has already taken place and we are confident to keep up the time schedule.
