    Here's something to think about before you end your week 👉 𝗢𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝟭𝟯% 𝗼𝗳 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲𝘀 feel engaged at work. 😱 So what should you do about it? You can, of course: 🍕 Have a pizza party 📊 Send out a one-hour engagement survey 🏡 Print and hand out stickers with the company logo that say, "We're a family" Or you can: ✅ Improve transparency within the organizations by sending out timely updates ✅ Build trust with your non-desk workers by giving them means to voice their needs and concerns ✅ Define clear goals for your employees to succeed Remember 👉 engagement, and especially #frontlineemployeeengagement , takes a lot of work, but it doesn't mean you can't engage your non-desk workers. ---- 📣 What is your favorite employee engagement tip?
