One of the biggest trends in employee experience at the moment is #digitalfirstculture But what does it even mean? 🤔 On the surface level, it means embracing the change the last years have been all about: ☑ Remote and hybrid work ☑ An increased number of productivity apps ☑ An even stronger need for IT security and compliance But it also goes deeper. A digital-first culture requires a different mindset and set of values. It requires: ✅ Accessibility (or DEI) ✅ Transparency and trust in the workplace ✅ Putting employee experience at the forefront of all the initiatives Companies with a digital-first approach to their culture are predicted to outperform their competitors by crafting efficient experiences for their employees and customers alike.
