Hanse 360 EYOTY sea trials ⛵🌊   The seatrials are mandatory for all the European Yacht of the year finalists. They took place in Palma de Mallorca 🇪🇸 Following the sea trials, the jury will now dive deep into the yachts specifications and performance data. Good start of the new financial year ⛵ 🚤 ⤵️ In the third quarter of 2024 – the first quarter of the new short financial year – the HanseYachts Group improved its results again after a good financial year 2023/2024. Despite a 12 per cent year-on-year decline in preliminary quarterly revenue to EUR 42.4 million, preliminary earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) rose by EUR 0.4 million year-on-year to EUR 3.9  million. At 9.2 per cent (same period last year: 7.4 per cent), the EBITDA margin was close to the medium-term target of 10 per cent, while preliminary consolidated net profit for the quarter, at EUR 1.5 million, was already close to the total net profit for the previous financial year (EUR 1.8 million). “This extremely encouraging result once again confirms that our successful strategy is paying off after the good financial year we had last year,” says Hanjo Runde, CEO of HanseYachts AG. “Despite the normalisation of demand after overheating in recent years, we are clearly on the right track to further increase the company's operating profitability and thus achieve our target of an EBITDA margin of over 10 per cent in the foreseeable future". #yacht #boat #sailing #powerboat

Highest turnover since company was founded ⛵ 🚤 EBITDA among best of last 15 years ⤵️   Based on preliminary figures, the HanseYachts Group has closed the 2023/2024 financial year with good results. Turnover is expected to reach €184.9 million, the highest since the company was founded. And preliminary earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) were among the best in the last 15 years, rising to €11 million.   “This successful financial year is the result of the consistent implementation of our corporate strategy and a great team effort. In particular, I would also like to thank our retail partners for their excellent cooperation,” says Hanjo Runde, CEO of HanseYachts AG. “Even in the now increasingly difficult market environment, we are continuously working to further enhance our competitiveness.
