ElevenLabs released a scribe, so I tested it in patient-doctor conversations. ICYMI: ElevenLabs new "Scribe V1" beats all speech-to-text tools in generalist benchmarks. That doesn't have to hold true in specialized environments such as healthcare, right? I got curious and ran an experiment: 3 doctor-patient conversations, 20k+ words, loads of technical terms.
