We believe in the power of giving and know how important it is to support causes that matter. ❤️ That’s why we provide our employees with an annual donation budget, offering them the opportunity to make a difference by donating to a project of their choice. 🤝 One of our colleagues decided to support the "Feuerkinder" campaign by Rummelsberger Diakonie , which provides life-changing surgeries for children in Tanzania. 🌟👶 Her donation helped fund critical medical care, giving children the chance to receive surgeries that would otherwise be inaccessible. Thanks to this support, these children now have a better chance at a healthy future, filled with new opportunities. Another employee chose to support Alternativer Bärenpark Worbis, a sanctuary that rescues and provides a safe home for bears who have been mistreated. 🐻 The donation helped provide these bears with a safe and peaceful home and also plays a vital role in raising awareness about animal welfare. These stories are just a few examples of how our employees are choosing to make a real impact in the world. ✨💪
