Unser Projekt HIIVE 🐝 für mehr Biodiversität
Unser VAUDE Professional Team hat für das Start-Up HIIVE - better for bees an einem innovativen Bienenstock mitgearbeitet, der dem natürlichen Lebensraum einer Baumhöhle nachempfunden ist. Viele Menschen stellen sich unter einem Bienenstock einen Kasten mit Deckel und Flugloch vor, doch diese Art ist auf die Honigproduktion optimiert und nicht auf die Bedürfnisse der Bienen. HIIVE bietet Bienen einen naturnahen Lebensraum.
Wir haben dafür eine wetterbeständige und langlebige Hülle aus recycelten Materialien entwickelt, die bluesign®-zertifiziert ist, also frei von schädlichen Chemikalien und somit perfekt für Honigbienen geeignet ist.

Neue Bienenstöcke bei VAUDE 🏢🐝
Zwei dieser innovativen Bienenstöcke haben wir am Rand unseres Firmengeländes in Tettnang-Obereisenbach aufgestellt, die von unserem Mitarbeiter, Imker und Bienensachverständigen Thomas betreut werden. Mit diesem Projekt schaffen wir Lebensraum für Honigbienen, die durch ihre Bestäubungsaktivitäten nicht nur Wild- und Kulturpflanzen sichern, sondern auch zur genetischen Vielfalt und Stabilität der Ökosysteme beitragen.
Unser umfassendes Biodiversitäts-Engagement 🌸🌳
Unser Engagement für Biodiversität geht jedoch weit über das Projekt HIIVE hinaus:
Wildblumenwiesen statt Parkplätze: Wir haben Parkflächen in blühende Wiesen umgewandelt. 🌼
Biotope und Bachrenaturierung: Löschteiche wurden zu Biotopen, ein Bachlauf renaturiert. 🦦
Dachbegrünung und invasive Arten: Unser Dach wurde begrünt und invasive Pflanzen entfernt. 🌿
Essbare Terrassen: Die Terrassentische unserer Bio-Kantine sind mit Kräutern und Gräsern bepflanzt. 🍃
Insektenhotels und Tierunterkünfte: Wir haben zahlreiche Vogel- und Fledermaushäuschen sowie Nistplätze für Wildbienen geschaffen. 🦇🐦
Wir sind überzeugt: Unternehmen haben eine große Hebelwirkung, um den Artenschutz voranzutreiben. Lasst uns gemeinsam weiterhin für eine lebenswerte und nachhaltige Zukunft arbeiten. 🌍
