💯 𝗠𝗲𝗶𝗻 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗱𝗶𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗪𝗼𝗰𝗵𝗲: Das neue human Magazin auspacken, um darin das Doppelinterview mit mir und Carsten Maschmeyer zu finden. 💯 Wir sprachen über die Transformation durch KI, den Innovationsstandort Deutschland, ums Gründen allgemein und moderne Arbeitsformen. Vor allem Fähigkeiten wie Empathie, Kommunikation und Kreativität sind entscheidend, da sie Maschinen nicht ersetzen können. 2. 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝘂𝘀 𝗙𝗲𝗵𝗹𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗹𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗻 Ich darf aus meiner Erfahrung berichten, dass das Gründen eine ständige Konfrontation mit neuen Situationen ist, die meine persönliche und berufliche Weiterentwicklung fördert. 𝗘𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗨𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗺 𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘇𝘁 𝗮𝘂𝗳 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗿𝗲𝘂𝗱𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝘁 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗸𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗺𝘂𝘀 Um Innovationen in Deutschland voranzubringen, braucht es eine Arbeitskultur, in der Fehler als Lernchancen gesehen werden und Experimente gefördert werden. Diese agile Denkweise ist in Startups bereits etabliert und sollte auch in traditionellen Unternehmen Einzug halten, um besser auf die Anforderungen einer volatilen Welt reagieren zu können.
