𝗪𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗪𝗲𝗯𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗖-𝗣𝗫𝗟𝟯𝟮𝟭𝟮 👀 🎥 The new iC-PXL3212 from iC-Haus is an optical-reflective, lensless encoder IC with integrated HD phased-array photo sensors and a blue LED chip. The latest generation of this optical-reflective encoder IC now offers a significantly expanded range of functions and performance in a compact design with particularly large adjustment tolerances. Get to know the new iC-PXL3212 from iC-Haus. In this practical webinar with live demo, we will show you the sensor's functions and its flexibility in combination with a variety of different reflective targets and scales. The iC-PXL3212 module is suitable for incremental encoder solutions and has a native resolution of 152 LPI. Thanks to its compact 3x3 oDFN8 sensor package, it is extremely small and flat, making it the ideal solution where space is limited, e.g. in regulated small and micro drives. The encoder IC also features wide mounting tolerances and easy assembly. Thanks to the newly integrated on-chip interpolator core, the digital interpolation can now be selected up to x64, but can also be set as a purely analog sin/cos output sensor. Possible applications include incremental encoders, miniature motors and actuators, X-Y and linear stages or industrial robotics, active prosthetic systems in medical technology, drones or rotating mirrors in LiDAR sensors, such as those used in autonomous driving. In the mid-1980s, semiconductors and integrated circuits in particular were conquering more and more areas of application in communications, data processing and industry. During this early growth phase, Dr. Heiner Flocke and Manfred Herz founded iC-Haus GmbH in Bodenheim near Mainz in 1984 as a manufacturer of iCs and microsystems.   𝗛𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸𝗲: “From the very beginning, we have opted for the greatest possible depth of vertical integration for a medium-sized company. With the exception of pure wafer production, we combine all development and production expertise for our own standard iCs and microsystems as well as solutions based on ASiCs, now including wafer processing, assembly and testing. This enables us to deliver chip-based solutions that are individually tailored to our customers’ applications and needs.
