[Press Release] Attopsemi Expands its Proven I-fuse® OTP Portfolio on X-FAB’s 180nm Platform X-FAB and Attopsemi Technology jointly announced today the successful demonstration of the latest version of Attopsemi’s I-fuse S3® OTP on X-FAB's XH018 technology platform. The new design uses 1.8V devices and reduces the footprint by a factor of four compared to the existing version by employing a novel array architecture. Nando Basile, Product Marketing Manager for Memory Solutions at X-FAB, added: “Expanding Attopsemi’s I-fuse® IP on our XH018 technology gives our customers more options to integrate and embed proven third-party IP into their designs. This helps optimize time-to-market while maintaining a cost-effective approach with no mask adders to the X-FAB core process. These solutions are a perfect fit for our NVM portfolio, complementing our automotive-focused OTP and multi-programmable solutions like Flash and NVRAM. In that role, she got insight into the crucial importance of quality control in the fabrication of chips on a wafer level.🔍 She now acts as an interface between customers, development experts and the production team. 👉🏼During her chemistry studies, Rowena Michelle Tan became interested in the topic of water treatment. After some time, she switched to the area of environment, health and safety (EHS), where she focused on safety in the workplace and environmental protection. 🌏 She currently works as a sustainability manager in the newly established sustainability office and deals with environmental, social and governance (ESG) topics across all X-FAB locations. With almost 6,000 clicks on our Christmas website, X-FAB Texas has now been able to donate $1,500 to the Community Fund. The amount was symbolically handed over by Rico Tillner (CEO), and Mac Johnson (COO), both X-FAB Texas. Together they presented the donation check to representatives of the Lubbock Area United Way: Amanda McAfee (CEO/President), Matt Ernst (Board Member/Campaign Chair) and Lynn Owens (VP of Business Development), (pictured from left to right).
