KG entwickeln wir Prozesse, um Elektromotoren zu reparieren, aufzuarbeiten oder wiederverwenden zu können - für eine nachhaltigere Zukunft. Interessante Vorträge sowie spannende Diskussionen zu den neuesten Entwicklungen der Elektromotorentechnologie und zukunftsfähigen Wertschöpfungsketten haben das Treffen zu einem vollen Erfolg gemacht. Understanding the limitations of Value Stream Mapping (VSM) in complex environments... 🚀 This is how it still can be used efficiently! Simplifying and democratizing the usage of VSM with a digital tool was the first step to open the method to a wider user group. After several Q&A sessions, we realized that a new issue appeared - performing efficient root cause analysis and solution identification. Due to the number of KPIs and possible ways to analyze, many users feel lost. The reasons for this: Where can I find my biggest problem? Which way to go to get to the bottom of the issues? What are good or bad KPIs in relation to industry standards? Which solution to apply to which issue? This led us to the following question: ⁉ How can a digital tool support the user automatically to identify the priority 1 issue, give guidance to get to the root cause, and propose possible solutions ⁉ 💡 The solution: The Lean Knowledge Graph Based on this method, we’ve developed an AI algorithm—completely scenario-independent—that highlights the biggest problem, suggests where to look for the root cause, and proposes actionable solutions. To even support dynamic environment daily issue resolution guidance, the tool can connect to IIoT data and continuously provide highlights, guidance, and solution proposals.
