German Restaurateurs Discover the Culinary Traditions of Friuli Venezia Giulia🍷 Showcasing local products by inspiring young restaurateurs to incorporate them into their cuisine—this was the goal of a three-day Eductour in #Friuli Venezia Giulia. Through an engaging program of producer visits and cooking master classes with local chefs, a delegation of 15 German restaurateurs had the opportunity to experience firsthand some of the typical products of this unique Italian region. This initiative, organized in collaboration with PromoTurismoFVG and the German Association of Restaurateurs and Hoteliers (Bayerischer Hotel- und Gaststättenverband DEHOGA Bayern e.V.), will be followed by a 2025 promotional campaign. German restaurants will host special themed weeks, where chefs will feature menus highlighting the products and wines of #FriuliVeneziaGiulia. A heartfelt thanks to Bayerischer Hotel- und Gaststättenverband DEHOGA Bayern e.V. and PromoTurismoFVG for supporting this initiative. 🌍 H2MA at hy-fcell 2024: A Step Towards Sustainable Mobility   On October 8-9, 2024, the H2MAproject, funded by the Interreg Alpine Space program, had the privilege to participate in the hy-fcell International Expo and Conference in Stuttgart, one of the world's most prominent events for the hydrogen industry. This provided H2MA with a global platform to engage in discussions about the future of green hydrogen-powered sustainable mobility.   🚀 Highlight of the Event: The Global Stakeholder Meeting on October 8 brought together H2MA partners, public institutions, research centers, and industry leaders to discuss the progress made in the field and exchange best practices.
