Jung von Matt TECH x SoDA We had a great time at the SODA Europe Meet-up in London last week. We met lot of inspiring and crazy people from Europes leading digital agencies and learned a lot. My key takeaways: I learned a lot on how to build a perfect sales engine for agencies. Thanks for that Ryan Hall. John Monks inspired me a lot on how to build a growth mindset Jenny Plant brought some really best practices from account management And of course AI was dominating as well the event. I loved the tips Robin Bonn gave us. But the one thing I love most about the SoDA events is to network with people, the breakout Sessions, tiny conversations and dinners. Am Dienstag durfte ich am Mediendialog, dem Senatsempfang für die Medienwirtschaft, teilnehmen. Thema in diesem Jahr: Wie kann die demokratische Resilienz der Gesellschaft gestärkt werden?
 Neben Bürgermeister Peter Tschentscher und Kultur- und Mediensenator Dr. Carsten Brosda waren Anne Hähnig (Redaktionsleiterin bei ZEIT Online) und Prof. Dr. Mau (Professor für Makrosoziologie an der Humboldt-Universität) auf der Bühne. Prof. Dr. Mau gab einen spannenden Impuls zum Thema, wie gespalten unsere Gesellschaft ist. Seine These: Die Gesellschaft ist nicht gespalten, sondern die Ränder der Gesellschaft werden nicht größer, sondern lauter und die Mitte der Gesellschaft wird immer stiller.  Was bedeutet das für die Medienlandschaft? Wir müssen mehr denn je Vielfalt fördern und gleichzeitig einordnen. Glaubwürdigkeit muss im Vordergrund stehen, um Desinformation und Hetze zu vermeiden. Als Beirätin von nextMedia beschäftigt mich in diesem Zusammenhang vor allem die Bedeutung von Künstlicher Intelligenz. Wie gehen wir mit KI verantwortungsvoll um? Wie schaffen wir es, möglichst vielen Menschen Zugang und Wissen zur Nutzung von KI zu vermitteln? Als Geschäftsführerin von Jung von Matt TECH stehen für mich die Chancen von KI im Bereich Kommunikation und Content im Vordergrund. Und wie wir mit Hilfe von KI bessere und intelligentere digitale Produkte und Services bauen können.
