In the first quarter, we had the pleasure of hosting aspiring filmmakers and storytellers from SRH University of Applied Sciences, as well as Bachelor students from Media University specializing in visual communication. They all arrived in Berlin, driven by their passion for the industry. Eager to dive into the city’s creative scene, they’re ready to build connections and explore the world of advertising—and we’re proud to support them in taking their first steps. From portfolio screenings to deep dives into how storytelling shapes advertising, we were energized by sharp discussions, bold perspectives, and their contagious enthusiasm. Accompanied by Roman Hirsbrunner he visited the 𝟮𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗘𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗮𝘆 at the GDI Gottlieb Duttweiler Institute, to take a deep dive into studies and interdisciplinary research from colleagues all over the world. As our expert in this field, Max spoke on how #genAI continues to transform our work environment and shared some of our hottest new AI cases from both markets – the Swiss and the German.     🚀 Erster IMPACT-Agency-Day 2025 💚 In dieser Woche hatten wir unseren ersten Agency Day des Jahres – ein besonderer Tag, an dem wir unser agiles Mindset in turbulenten Zeiten noch einmal unter die Lupe genommen haben. Wir haben uns gefragt: Wie können wir unsere Energie effizient auf das lenken, was wir kontrollieren und beeinflussen können? Zum Beispiel unsere Arbeitsweisen. Mit spannenden Methoden wie dem Pizza Game und Kanban haben wir spielerisch neue Perspektiven gewonnen. Nicol hat uns mit anschaulichen Spielen zu Themen wie Push vs. Pull oder unterschiedlichen Sichtweisen inspiriert. Das Ergebnis? Wir haben blinde Flecken entdeckt, nächste Schritte definiert, Klarheit geschaffen und vor allem unser Teambuilding gestärkt. Es war ein Tag voller Inspiration und Zusammenarbeit! Both for sports organisations, marketers and women working in the industry.   To mark International Women's Day, Campaign Germany spoke to Julia Brinker, member of the board at Jung von Matt SPORTS, who gave a personal insight into the status quo.
