📢 That was our 2025 Sales Meeting! 🚀   Two intense and inspiring days are behind us. There were a lot of discussions, new ideas and valuable conversations. After an exciting and successful first day of our Sales Meeting, it was time to enjoy the evening together in a relaxed atmosphere.   In addition to intensive discussions and strategic topics, there was also plenty of time for personal interaction - after all, strong teams are formed not only in the conference room, but also over good food and inspiring conversations. 🍽️   A great end to a productive day! 💡🚀

💡 𝗧𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲: 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲! 🌍   A big step towards energy efficiency and sustainability! 💪 Thanks to the professional support of the Wintermayr Gruppe, we were able to optimize and modernize the lighting at our four locations in Germany in 2023 and 2024.   🚀 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝗮 𝗴𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲: ✨ 20,893 m² optimized – 4,853 conventional lights reduced to 2,051 LED lamps ✨ 78.67% energy savings (1,268,025 kWh) and 928.2 tons of CO2 reduction annually   🎉 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁: lower energy consumption, reduced CO₂ emissions and a sustainable lighting solution. 🌿   Yesterday we officially completed our project and received the 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘆𝗿 𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲. Alexander Wintermayr personally presented the award for the successful implementation of our project. 🏅   A big thank you to the Wintermayr company and everyone involved in making this success possible! Strike! 🎳 A successful team evening full of fun and team spirit On January 24, we let the balls roll!   Some of our colleagues really had a great time at our bowling evening – with exciting matches, lots of fun and, of course, a few strikes! 🎉   The event was not only a great opportunity to get to know each other better, but it also proved once again that we can achieve great things together – whether at work or on the bowling alley. 💪   A big thank you to everyone who was there and made this evening so memorable. 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗮 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲!    Joanna Fredrych, a designer at Marbach Polska, designed a special Advent calendar at the end of last year that combines creativity, sustainability and pre-Christmas magic.   ✨ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿 𝘀𝗼 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹: 𝟭. 𝗦𝘄𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: The bottom drawers contained delicious chocolates to sweeten the countdown to Christmas for the calendar's owners. 𝟮. 𝗔 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗪𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱: The upper part revealed a detailed winter scene with bears in a winter forest.   🎨 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻: With its removable figures, this very special Advent calendar allowed users to create their own personalized winter wonderland.   💡 𝗧𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: The packaging was designed to be completely glue-free – a great example of thoughtful, environmentally conscious design.   A big thank you to our talented employee Joanna Fredrych for her creativity and passion that made this Advent calendar a special highlight!
