Der Beginn von etwas Großem. Am vergangenen Donnerstag und Freitag waren wir eingeladen bei der feierlichen Eröffnung einer innovativen Schaumverfüllanlage. Mit dem Einsatz verschiedener hochmoderner Technologien setzen die Trasswerke Meurin einen neuen Meilenstein in der Produktion von Leichtbeton Mauersteinen. Die Gesamtanlage ist ein überragendes Ergebnis verschiedener Fachunternehmen, die partnerschaftlich etwas Besonderes auf die Beine gestellt haben. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle an KB Engineering GmbH und GERTEC Maschinen- und Anlagenbau GmbH für die unglaublich gute Zusammenarbeit. Mit einem Handlingkonzept, welches in dieser Branche einzigartig ist, abgestimmt auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse der Fa. Meurin und ihrer Produkte, nimmt die auf Energieeffizienz und Wartungsfreundlichkeit optimierte Anlage ab sofort ihren Dienst auf. Neben moderner Robotik kommen in der Produktionsanlage unter anderem zwei neu entwickelte 4-Seiten Servoklammern zum Einsatz. Die Klammern aus hochfestem Aluminium, hydraulikfrei ausgeführt und servomotorisch angetrieben, setzen neue Maßstäbe im Bereich „Handling von Steinen“. Ein besonderer Dank an Trasswerke Meurin; denn ohne innovationsfreudige Kunden haben auch wir nicht die Möglichkeit, neue Entwicklungen und Anlagen in unserer Region zu implementieren. Interesting fact: Bereits vor mehr als einem Jahrzehnt begannen die Fa. Sika und die Fa. Trasswerke Meurin mit der Idee eines neuen schaumverfüllten Wabensteines, die dann am vergangenen Donnerstag und Freitag in der Eröffnung gipfelte. 🌍 Kniele GmbH als Bronze Partner bei der Digital Concrete 2024 in München! 🏗️ Vom 4.-6. September hatten wir die großartige Gelegenheit, als Bronze Partner an der Digital Concrete 2024 teilzunehmen. Der Event bot uns eine spannende Plattform, um über die Zukunft des Beton-3D-Drucks zu sprechen und neue Technologien und Lösungen zu präsentieren. 💡 Unsere Präsentation und Podiumsdiskussion waren ein voller Erfolg! Wir hatten viele interessante Gespräche mit Fachleuten aus Forschung und Praxis. Besonders stolz sind wir auf die Vorstellung unserer neuesten Lösungen für den 3D-Druck und die innovative Weiterentwicklung in der Baubranche. ✨ Réception d’un 𝒎𝒂𝒍𝒂𝒙𝒆𝒖𝒓 𝒁𝑬 4500 chez la société Kniele GmbH ✨ À la suite d’une demande particulière d'un client formulée en février dernier, la société 𝑩𝑺𝑪-𝑩𝒆́𝒕𝒐𝒏 𝑺𝒕𝒐𝒏𝒆 𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒖𝒍𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 a fait réaliser un malaxeur ZE de 4 500 litres entièrement en acier inoxydable. Over the last 10 years, Betonsteinwerk Wegmann has experienced very strong growth in the supra-regional sector - from 5% in 2015 to over 50% today, and the trend is still rising. In addition, there are now also enquiries from abroad. Wegmann is facing up to these challenges and plans to increase the concrete plant’s turnover by around 15% over the next few years. However, the required quantities and product qualities would not be possible without the investments made, such as in the #Perfect #manhole base production from SCHLÜSSELBAUER Technology a few years ago and now most recently in the new #concrete #mixing plant from Kniele GmbH. Spurgin Léonhart a fait le choix d'un carrousel PROGRESS GROUP, d'une centrale à béton FAMETO - Industrie du béton, équipé d'un malaxeur conique Kniele GmbH et d'un malaxeur planétaire TEKA France.
