Also, we scored the best in 5 out of 7 categories compared to our Group companies within involveme!, our employee survey. 🏆 Governance Achievements Governance updated the Golden Rules for Matrix Managers and introduced the Matrix Manager Function in SuccessFactors. They also rolled out global systems for Compliance, IT Security, and Data Protection, ensuring operational security. 🎯 Communication & Strategic advancements Communication saw a boost with the eBase platform ReFresh and the expansion of Let’s Talk webcasts, reaching over 1,000 employees. On the strategy side, OKRs were implemented, and Focus Fridays were expanded globally to promote deep work.
