Among our clients are FC Bayern München, BMW or Paulaner. We focus not only on strategy development, but also on supporting our clients with operation implementations. Who we are: LOBECO was established in 2014 as a consultancy firm for social media and digital strategy. We now employ more than 130 people across our four offices in Munich, Shanghai, Zurich and Berlin. LOBECO’s main purpose is to help the client companies achieve their digital transformation. Carsten previously spent more than five years at Jung von Matt Limmat, where he led campaigns for clients such as Zürcher Kantonalbank, Burger King and V-Zug. Prior to that, he worked at agencies such as thjnk, Scholz & Friends and Interone, where he developed national and international campaigns for brands such as adidas, BMW, IKEA, Mercedes-Benz, Montblanc and Vodafone.     Workshop on #Diversity: United through our differences! 🌟   Learning together and from each other is still the most fun: we felt this again today when we worked with our diversity expert Malena Foulkes in the Teamleads workshop on diversity, inclusion and variety. At LOBECO we firmly believe that diversity is the key to innovation and success. Regular sensitivity training aimed at raising awareness of discriminatory mechanisms is an essential part of employee development in order to create a diverse corporate culture focused on equal opportunities. Discrimination can also occur through unconscious bias, which means that it can happen without people even being aware of it. This makes it all the more important to raise awareness among employees. Leaders who promote diversity create an environment where all employees feel valued and heard. Diversity encompasses both visible and invisible characteristics that determine individual views, perspectives, attitudes, and actions.   About 130 people from 16 nations work at LOBECO.
