Wir gratulieren Marcel Heck herzlich zum äußerst erfolgreichen Abschluss seines Studiums des Chemieingenieurwesens | Farbe und Lack – zu dem er sich gleich über zwei Urkunden freuen konnte! 🚀 🎓 Er schloss sein Studium an der Hochschule Esslingen - University of Applied Sciences als Jahrgangsbester mit der Gesamtnote 1,1 ab und erhielt dafür einen Preis des Vereins der Freunde der Hochschule Esslingen e.V. (VDF). Auch seine Bachelorarbeit über die „Entwicklung eines 2K-UHS-DTM Industrie-Einschichtlackes auf Basis von Polyasparaginsäureestern (Polyaspartics)“ wurde mit einer 1,0 herausragend bewertet. 🔝 Zur Feier dieser besonderen Leistung haben wir Marcel mit einem Firmenpreis geehrt, der von Daniel Großmann und David Moosmann – beide Esslinger Alumni – persönlich übergeben wurde. 🏆 Mit diesem großartigen Abschluss stehen Marcel als Chemieingenieur alle Türen offen und wir wünschen ihm für seine Zukunft das Allerbeste! #Gratulation #Chemieingenieur #Karriere #Zukunft #CreatingAdditiveValue

🌍 This week, we had the incredible opportunity to bring together our global team for the first 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀, 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗱𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻.   Colleagues from all over the world gathered in the beautiful setting of Bingen, right by the Rhine, to discuss our shared goals and strategies for the future of CCA. The workshops were focused on shaping our path towards 2030, ensuring that we’re aligned and ready to tackle the challenges ahead.   This meeting was not only a crucial moment for strategic alignment but also for internal knowledge transfer and fostering synergies between departments and regions. And let's not forget the fantastic evening event, where we had the chance to connect and strengthen the bond between our international colleagues, building an even stronger MÜNZING team! 🏅   A big thank you to the organizers and to everyone who participated and made this meeting such a success. For this reason, the focus for the sustainable development is achieving high #performance comparable or even better than with the standard grades. Key factors in the development of sustainable additives are using renewable raw materials, reducing the CO2 footprint and removing microplastics from products. Our first MÜNZING Innovation Hackathon demonstrated how creative ideas can emerge across different business units and bring future-focused topics to the forefront. Schloss Horneck, perched above Gundelsheim, was the perfect location for creative thinking. A view into the future, grounded by a long history – a fitting parallel to MÜNZING. The strength of MÜNZING – adapting nearly 200 years of chemical expertise to trending topics – was evident in every approach. 𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐲 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: "𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐭𝐨𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐥𝐬𝐨 𝐚 𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝐭𝐨𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 𝐬𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲." 🌳 Discussions focused on themes such as sustainable nutrition, recycling, rapid and space transport, wind energy, 3D printing, and food technology. To conclude the day, we had a special team event – the "Knight Games," which impressively showed how well the teams were already working together. The bridge that was symbolically created during the workshop found its real-life counterpart in the evening. 𝐃𝐚𝐲 2: 𝐅𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 After intense discussions and a deep dive into the world of ideas, four particularly promising approaches were identified. The selection of topics was based on practical criteria: -Is the necessary equipment available? -Is an acquisition necessary? -Is basic research required? -Is there direct market access? -What added value can we create? -What unique selling proposition does the idea offer? -What regulatory requirements need to be considered? The participants selected three ideas with the most potential. One of these ideas can be pitched to management, and anyone who sees added value for their work has the opportunity to participate in the project – with time and resources provided by MÜNZING. Additionally, this opens up exciting opportunities for theses and innovation projects in collaboration with the Technische Universität München - Heilbronn. We’re excited to see the students' contributions. The first MÜNZING Innovation Hackathon marks a significant step in MÜNZING's continuous development. The overwhelmingly positive feedback and the promising ideas from all participants confirm that this hackathon was a crucial step in the right direction. Mit der BAL haben wir einen starken Partner an unserer Seite, der über moderne Labore, bestens ausgestattete Ausbildungswerkstätten und realitätsnahe Schulungsräume verfügt. In den kommenden 3 ½ Jahren wird Frau Kurz eine spannende und fundierte Ausbildung genießen. Wir wünschen Frau Kurz einen erfolgreichen Start und viel Erfolg auf ihrem Weg zur Chemikantin. Auch hoffen wir, dass wir noch viele weitere junge Frauen für den Beruf der Chemikantin begeistern können - bei Fragen kommt jederzeit gerne auf uns zu!
