Leak test of bipolar plates The #bipolarplate is one of the most important, if not THE most important, component in a #fuelcell or PEM #electrolyzer. This is where the actual electrochemical process takes place and the quality requirements are correspondingly high, regardless of whether they are metallic or made of graphite. With regard to leak tightness and the corresponding quality control, we have the right solutions. With currently 10 leak test systems on the market for metallic and graphite bipolar plates with manual loading or fully automatic handling, we have been able to acquire a wealth of experience and have gone through a steep learning curve.
