One of the highlights of our trip was the exciting activity of shooting black rosewood tree seeds from a high vantage point into the lush valleys surrounding the Khun Dan Prakarn Chon Dam. This hands-on experience allowed us to actively participate in the important cause of reforestation, underscoring our commitment to sustainability and environmental support. The day was filled with thrilling activities that included Go-Cart and ATV rides, which brought out our competitive spirit and provided plenty of laughter. We also enjoyed a delightful bicycle excursion, exploring the scenic beauty of Nakorn Nayok. As evening fell, we gathered for an extensive dinner, where Managing Director Andreas Marquart took center stage. He expressed heartfelt gratitude to two remarkable colleagues, Ms. Kanoknad Jantapakhao and Mr. 𝐍𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐚𝐝𝐨𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐭, for their 20 years of unwavering loyalty and commitment to the Melchers Thailand family. The festivities continued as the real party began with lively karaoke sessions and a wide selection of cold beverages creating an atmosphere of joy and celebration. It was a wonderful opportunity to unwind, bond, and share some unforgettable moments with one another. After a rejuvenating night’s sleep and a hearty breakfast, we packed our bags and headed back to Bangkok. At Melchers Thailand, we believe that teamwork extends beyond the workplace. The Federation is the Union of employers and represents companies in the Tripartite Negotiations. Tripartite is a uniquely Singaporean structure where the unions, in Singapore known as National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) and Employers and the Government, represented by the Ministry of Manpower, come to together to achieve win-win solutions – to continuously improve the wellbeing of workers, while making sure that the economy remains competitive and flexible.
