Connecting & Collaborating: Our international HR Event 🤝 Last week, the Corporate Center HR team welcomed HR colleagues from several European branches to our international HR event. Over two days, we engaged in insightful discussions, shared key updates, and strengthened our connections across teams. ✨ The event started on Wednesday afternoon with a warm welcome, followed by a hands-on cooking experience at a local cooking school near our office in Cologne. Working in small groups, participants prepared a delicious four-course meal – an interactive and fun way to foster teamwork and exchange ideas in a relaxed setting. On Thursday, discussions focused on “HR in the Age of Change”, Corporate Center HR updates, ESG, Social Days, and more. A keynote speech and interactive sessions encouraged engagement and knowledge-sharing throughout the day. 🙌 Bringing HR professionals together in person has strengthened our collaboration and reinforced our shared commitment to shaping the future of HR. Connecting at AMRAE 2025: Strengthening Risk Management & Insurance Expertise🌐 From February 5th to 7th, MSIGEU was part of “Les Rencontres de l’AMRAE”, the annual event organized by the French Association of Risk Management. Bringing together key players from the global insurance industry, AMRAE serves as a crucial platform for risk managers, insurers, brokers, loss adjusters, lawyers, and insurance students to exchange insights and market expertise. 🤝 This year, more than 3,800 people attended, including over 700 risk managers. The event provided valuable discussions on the evolving risk landscape, emerging trends, and innovative solutions shaping our industry. Engaging with experts and peers during these three days reaffirmed the importance of collaboration in navigating the challenges of today’s risk environment. 💡 We look forward to seeing everyone again at the next edition.
