Connecting people... What a terrific day of conferences organized by the Mobilfunkinfrastrukturgesellschaft mbH (MIG) ! Stakeholders from the whole industry were present to discuss the Status Quo, share their view on the Quo Vadis and discuss the challenges of getting clean energy where it is most needed (#GreenPower4Towers). Politicians (from various factions, regions, levels), #TowerCo's, Operators, customers, #distributedenergy systems... MuWind was (of course!) present. The discussions highlighted few points: - Local power generation with #PV and #windenergy, together with storage capabilities is a must for the last #whitezones. - Connecting 95% of the people is the easy part. Getting to 97.5% is feasible without (too much) compromises. But getting to 100% will require compromises. - Closing the 4G network is an enabler for modern #agritech. That's part of our #Mission at MuWind and we're glad to be at the table to represent #smallwind turbines. A huuuuuge congratulations and thank you goes to the team at the MIG. Ernst Ferdinand Wilmsmann and his team did an amazing job over the last 4 years. They filled the gap between all the stakeholders at local/regional/national level. They had a tangible impact on the life of people who are still isolated.

🤝 The #energytransition needs a Strong coalition! ⚡   🏃♂️We’re back from the summer break and hit the ground running with a 2-day #workshop with Sergio González Horcas and Jose I. Rojas, PhD.-Eng. from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya !   This visit was a terrific opportunity to:  💡Discuss our ongoing #RDproject in the #windenergy  🎯 Visit our workshop, to present our capabilities to produce samples for tests  😎 Visit the prototype to show our small #windturbine in its natural habitat  🧠 And brainstorm together how we can make the maximum impact with the technology in development.   Thank you for your visit, you are always welcome (and hopefully we can meet at the WindEnergy Hamburg)   And a huge thank you to the HNU FOUNDERS SPACE for hosting our last meeting.

"If it was going to be easy, someone would be doing it already" 😲 This is the mantra that I repeat when 💩 hits the rotor. 🐂 As a #solopreneur, you need the right level of #stubbornness / #optimism to keep pushing after every set-back. 🎢 There's no silver arrow, but a few things can help keep your stomach in check, while riding the #entrepreneur #rollercoaster: 😀 Remain (absurdly) positiv. ⚓ Surround yourself with few trusted and anchored people. Avoid emotionally-compromised people (even for just a few hours) as they will just increase your anxiety. 😍 At each setback, force yourself to look at it with pretty pink glasses. What did you learn? Would someone else face the same problem? Once you have a #solution, can you use it to create a #strategicopportunity? 🎯 And I mean "force yourself". Because it's not always easy and it has to be a voluntary action. Any other tip that should have cracked to Top 3? Have a great week everyone! Wie diese 5 Startups die Energiebranche verändern könnten. Im AXEL - Der Energie-Accelerator werden Innovationen geschärft. Puh, das war schon anstrengend! 😅 Als Innovationsmanager bei der SWK-NOVATEC GmbH, einer Tochtergesellschaft der Stadtwerke Karlsruhe, hatte ich die Ehre, in der Jury des AXEL Accelerators zu sitzen und fünf beeindruckende Startups zu bewerten. Mit mir in der Jury waren Hilmar F. John, der Geschäftsführer der fokus.energie e.V. , und Anika Haensel von der IHK.   Insgesamt hatten wir fünf Startups, jedes mit einem 15-minütigen Slot: fünf Minuten Pitch und zehn Minuten Q&A. Das war ein echter Marathon, bei dem wir uns schnell auf jedes neue Startup einstellen und aufmerksam bei den Pitches bleiben mussten. 📈   Hier sind die Startups, die wir bewertet haben:   1. Xmex: Dieses Startup stellt anpassbare Katalysatoren für die Wasserstoff Elektrolyse bereit. USP: Individualisierung auf hohem Niveau. ⚙️ 2. PVision: Sie nutzen KI und Drohnen, um PV-Anlagen zu kontrollieren. Ihre Entwicklung und erste Umsätze sind beeindruckend! 🌞 3. Peercharge GmbH: Ihr Ziel ist es, die Verbindung zwischen Software und Hardware, besonders bei Wallboxen, zu verbessern. Aus undynamisch mach dynamisch, für jede Wallbox! 🚗🔌 4. MuWind: Sie bieten miniaturisierte Windturbinen, die aus Bambusfasern hergestellt werden – eine coole und nachhaltige Innovation. 💨 5. Ecalia: Dieses Startup entwickelt einen speziellen Kompressor zur Verbesserung der Energieeffizienz von Wärmepumpen. Noch am Anfang, aber mit sehr viel Potenzial! 🌍   Die Bewertung war einfacher, da mir einige Teams bereits bekannt waren und ich vorher auch durch Frauke Strauss und Peter Godulla 🌱Tipps bekommen hatte. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die tolle Arbeit & Orga des Axel Accelerators unter der Leitung von Christos Klamouris, die die Präsentationsfähigkeiten der Startups stetig verbessert. 🎯   Ich bin dankbar, Teil dieser Jury sein zu dürfen und freue mich schon auf die nächste Gelegenheit!
