𝗯𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗩 🌊☀  Deutschlands aktuell größte, schwimmende Photovoltaik-Anlage geht ab heute bei Heidelberg auf dem Philippsee in den Betrieb. Ein Erfolg, der uns als Unternehmen besonders freut, denn unser badenova Vertrieb hat den Zuschlag für die Direktvermarktung des dort produzierten Stroms gewonnen. 💪  „Der Erfolg zeigt, dass die Weiterentwicklung unseres Produktportfolios in Richtung Direktvermarktung fruchtet und unsere Vermarktungskompetenz überregional Anklang findet“, erklärt unser Kollege und Key Account Manager Jonatan Holzäpfel. Die vom Projektierer O&L Nexentury errichtete Anlage umfasst 8,2 Hektar und 27.160 Solarmodule. Die auf dem Baggersee nachhaltig gewonnene Energie deckt den Strombedarf der angrenzenden Kieswerke. Überschüssiger Strom fließt ins öffentliche Netz. 𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄: 𝗪𝗮𝘀 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗯𝗶𝗿𝗴𝘁 𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝗵𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗩?  Schwimmende Photovoltaik-Anlagen (auch genannt: Floating PV) bezeichnen Photovoltaik-Kraftwerke auf Gewässerflächen. Die Technologie erlaubt den Ausbau von Solarkraft, ohne dabei neue Landflächen in Anspruch zu nehmen. O&L Nexentury GmbH Announces Major Milestone Achievement 🌞 🌊 💪 We are pleased to report that on August 1, 2024, Germany's largest floating PV plant, Philippsee FPV 1, is fully commissioned and is feeding its full power to the grid. The 15MWp facility, covering an area equivalent to 12 football fields, has successfully connected to NetzeBW's middle voltage transmission station. Empowering Namibia's Future: Emesco Energy and O&L Nexentury Join Forces for the Schonau Solar Energy Project We are thrilled to announce that Emesco Energy has partnered with O&L Nexentury to advance the final stages of the Schonau Solar Energy project through a Joint Development Agreement. This collaboration is a testament to the synergy among Namibian firms working towards mutual benefit with authenticity, care and passion.  Following the recent announcement by Namibia's electricity regulator (ECB) and NamPower of a 100MW limit of electricity export into the Southern African Power Pool, Emesco and O&L Nexentury will pool their export capacities under this agreement, ensuring the Schonau project to meet its necessary scale efficiencies. Delivering Phase 1 of Africa’s First Green Hydrogen Production Facility - A Testament to Excellence and Sustainability. We are incredibly proud and honored to have played a key role in phase 1 of Africa's first-of-its-kind hydrogen production facility. This groundbreaking initiative features a 10-hectare solar park and a hydrogen production facility equipped with a 5MW electrolyser and 5MWh battery.. As experts in designing, engineering, procuring, and constructing photovoltaic power facilities, O&L Nexentury was entrusted by Cleanergy Solutions Namibia with consulting and project management for a 5 MW DC solar photovoltaic plant. This plant includes an energy storage system and grid connection to power a 5 MW electrolyser near Walvis Bay Airport. Formally pre-inaugurated in May this year, this project represents a pioneering demonstration of green hydrogen production in Africa. It aims to showcase the efficient production of green hydrogen and ammonia using renewable energy sources, a task O&L Nexentury successfully undertook through the PV solar plant. The installation comprises 7,192 690/695Wp bi-facial PV modules, covering approximately 22,340m2, capable of generating over 10GWh annually. These modules are spread across 124 single-axis trackers, each about 76m long, designed to maximize energy generation by tracking the sun throughout the day. Two power stations convert DC power from the solar PV modules into AC power, stepping it up to 11,000V for distribution to the electrolyser. To date, all earthworks and excavations have been completed, with civil works approximately 70% finished. More than 40 tracker structures have been assembled, and 30% of the modules installed. At O&L Nexentury, we fully embrace Cleanergy Solutions Namibia's vision for the green hydrogen transformation. This collaboration, a powerful partnership between the Ohlthaver & List Group (O&L) and CMB.TECH, underscores our commitment to sustainability, excellence, and our pride in driving world-class innovations as a Namibian company. We extend our sincere gratitude to Cleanergy Solutions Namibia for entrusting us with this pioneering project. We eagerly anticipate our continued involvement in the next phase, which aims to scale the pilot plant to commercial size.

In Bad Schönborn, Germany, a silent revolution is taking place on the serene waters of Philippsee Lake. Germany’s largest floating solar power plant, with a capacity of 14.987 MWp, is nearing completion. This monumental project, developed by O&L Nexentury and powered by 东方日升 ’s Hyper-ion HJT modules, stands as a testament to innovation and collaboration. Risen Energy’s Hyper-ion HJT modules are crucial to the project’s success, offering exceptional efficiency and reliability. These modules maximize power generation, ensuring long-term performance under challenging conditions, significantly reducing system LCOE. Generating over 16,000,000 kWh of carbon-free energy annually, the Philippsee project will supply 2,300,000 kWh to Philipp & Co. KG's gravel mining operations, with excess energy fed into the grid, promoting sustainability. The Philippsee FPV Project exemplifies how cutting-edge technology and dedicated teamwork can drive sustainable practices and contribute to a greener future.
