I found it quite by chance via LinkedIn when I entered ‘marketing psychologist’ in the search – a job title that is rare but describes exactly what I wanted to do: apply psychological knowledge in a business context to influence consumer behaviour. On 1 August 2024, the European regulation on artificial intelligence, the #EUAIAct, came into force. We have taken this as an opportunity to invite our customers to a new #PAIRAcademy on this topic. 🎓🚀 The EU AI Act is a regulation of the European Union that aims to regulate the use of artificial intelligence in order to minimise risks and promote innovation. 🌍🤖 It is relevant to businesses because it sets out clear rules and standards for the development and use of AI systems, covering both legal and ethical requirements. ⚖️ Who is obliged to comply and which areas are particularly affected? What are the key provisions of the regulation? And what are the deadlines? In order to make this complex subject easier to understand, our Compliance & Data Privacy Counsel Sabrina E. together with our Legal Counsel Olga Stańczyk presented best practices and strategies for a successful implementation of the new AI Regulation. 📚🔍 Participants learned about our approach to fulfilling the requirements of the regulation and gained an exclusive insight into the development of PAIR Finance's AI governance strategy.
