PATRIZIA is the cornerstone and sole institutional lender in a EUR 400 million facility raised by Greenvolt Group – a global renewable energy company controlled by global investment firm, KKR. We are delighted to share that we gained two 5* ratings and three funds topped their peer groups in the 2024 GRESB results. PATRIZIA’s Sustainable Communities Fund and European Infrastructure Fund (EIF) II achieved 5* ratings for their ESG performance in the results. The two funds, as well as Hanover Property Unit Trust (Hanover), were also ranked top of their respective peer group. Sustainable Communities, in its second year of GRESB assessment, achieved 99 points (out of a possible 100) and was ranked top out of the 10 funds in its peer group. EIF II achieved 98 points, earning it a 5* rating for the third year running, which saw it lead the way in its peer group of 25 funds. Hanover saw an improvement from last year and was ranked no. 1 out of its peer group of 10, while our Living Cities Fund also improved on last year and came 2nd out of a peer group of 25.
