Ein essenzieller Bereich, der zahlreiche Arbeits- und Lebensräume nachhaltig prägt und in der Raumplanung einen großen Stellenwert einnimmt. Abgerundet hat die Veranstaltung ein stimmiges Rahmenprogramm: Beim gemeinsamen Abendessen am Vorabend konnten wertvolle Gespräche geführt und Kontakte vertieft werden. Die Führung durch das Unternehmen Reeder & Kamp bot faszinierende Einblicke in deren innovative Arbeitsweise und Produktion. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an alle Teilnehmenden und natürlich an unsere Gastgebenden für die hervorragende Organisation! 👏

Open atmosphere Renowned ACME designed the new five-storey headquarters of the Sächsische Aufbaubank - Förderbank -in Leipzig. It's the 159 slender, mushroom-headed columns in particular that make the entrance to the building hard to miss, even from a distance. Arranged in an L-shape, the two wings of the administration building frame a ground-level atrium: This blends in seamlessly with the urban space, creating a symbiotic unit of building and open space composition. The surrounding concrete columns provide shade for the site - as well as regulating the building's cooling requirements, as they slightly shield its façade. 🟥 Despite this architectural solution, the installation of high-performance solar control glass was not dispensed with. Our partner HoffmannGlas Halle/S. installed #SANCOSun with #SANCOPlusEN here. Dynamic modernisation solution A striking part of the Stuttgart skyline is Stuttgarter Tor - a modern office building with eight storeys. Located in the Feuerbach district, at the junction of Maybachstrasse and Stresemannstrasse, the complex has a total rental area of around 14,800m². One of the main tenants is Robert Bosch, a company which also operates production facilities and an IT campus on the surrounding grounds. 🟥 Its appearance is characterised by a glass and metal façade. Two SANCO products were incorporated into the building as part of the refurbishment: #SANCOPlusEN2 thermal insulating glass ensures outstanding energy efficiency.
