Ein Tag als Speakerin: Was deine Finanzapps in Zukunft können werden 🎤 Gestern war ich Speakerin auf der Seamless Konferenz, um über die Zukunft von Personal Finance Solutions zu sprechen. Meines Erachtens sollen Personal Finance Lösungen zwei Dinge lösen: - Access: Zugang zu Finanzdienstleistungen - Empowerment: Verständnis für Finanzdienstleistungen 🔓 Die letzten Jahre waren geprägt von Apps, welche sich auf "Access" fokussiert haben: Traditionelle Bankprodukte wurden einfacher und schneller gemacht. Dadurch wurden Lösungen 10x besser. Der Großteil der Menschen weiß aber gar nicht, was er mit diesen Lösungen anfangen soll. Ein besorgniserregendes Beispiel: Nur 8% der Österreicher verstehen, was ein ETF ist. In Deutschland sieht es ähnlich aus. Eine App, wie TradeRepublic, deren USP es ist, dass man schnell und einfach Finanzprodukte kauft, ist nutzlos für Menschen, die nicht verstehen, was sie da eigentlich kaufen. Das ist so, als würde ich ein Auto auf einer Webseite mit 2 Klicks kaufen können, obwohl ich keine Ahnung von Autos habe. 💡 Also wird die Zukunft von "Empowerment" Lösungen dominiert: Ich bin fest davon überzeugt, dass die nächsten Jahre von Lösungen geprägt sein werden, die Menschen ein besseres Verständnis ihrer eigenen finanziellen Lage und von Finanzprodukten geben. Die echte Demokratisierung der Finanzwelt steht uns also noch bevor. Bei beatvest konzentrieren wir uns darauf, Investieren für Menschen zugänglich zu machen, die Investieren immer wieder aufschieben, weil sie keine Zeit dafür haben oder überfordert von der Masse an Informationen zum Finanzmarkt sind. Seamless Europe 2024 has come to a close with a couple key takeaways for e-commerce, payments and fintech. 🧩 Key highlights 🇪🇺European regulation appears to be reconsidering its stance by giving consumers, financial institutions as well as intermediaries like fintechs and PSP’s more control of payment streams with the likes of variable recurring payments (VRP). 🤝Unified instant payments may evolve as the dominant payment method bringing Europe together as a single market for e-commerce. Outside of e-commerce it gives rise to numerous new use cases and an improved user experience across a plethora of process moving online / to mobile. An example being the process flow around insurance claims. 💶Monetization of and cost saving around data analytics remains a key driver for both top and bottom line in an ever more digital world. Those companies at the forefront of data will evolve as the champions of tomorrow. Schön war es auf der Seamless Europe in München. Das recht junge Event hat gezeigt, dass der Markt E-Commerce fokussierte Formate im Süden Deutschland braucht. Neben den diversen Keynote Panels die ich moderieren durfte mit Top Leuten von SHEIN, Alibaba, Thomann, Blackroll, Nestle, Bayer, Foursource, IKEA und natürlich der wunderbaren Nicola Neumann von Champagne Characters, die uns Abends auf ein Tasting in ihrer Boutique eingeladen hat. Krass war das! Die Organisation hinter der Seamless Konferenz hat offensichtlich ein starkes Netzwerk internationaler Top Speaker und neben den E-Commerce Themen gab es einen starken Banking/Fintech Fokus, die mich aber traditionell eher kalt lassen. Ich konnte eben auch noch meine neue Plattform Keynote testen, die morgen bei der Spryker Excite offiziell das Licht der Welt erblickt. Darin geht es um die neue Wertschöpfungskette des Handels. Kam ganz gut an hatte ich den Eindruck. Danke für das Taylor Swift Zitat SABRINA KRAFT und schön einen kleinen Teil des E-Commerce Zirkus in München getroffen zu haben inkl. Kristina Mertens, Verena Schlüpmann, Verena Lindner & Bella Wondra Das war sicherlich nicht die letzte Ausgabe der Seamless in München und ein paar ganz neue Aspekte habe ich von den großen Unternehmen mitgenommen.
