Siegwerk had an incredible experience at the TLMI Annual Meeting 2024 held at the JW Marriott Grande Lakes in Orlando, FL from September 29 to October 2. This event is the largest gathering of the year for TLMI members, providing a fantastic platform for collaboration, networking, and learning within the label and packaging industry. The speaker sessions provided invaluable insights into the label and packaging industry, featuring a lineup of expert speakers who addressed key topics such as sustainability, workforce development, and economic trends. These sessions aimed to inspire and educate attendees, equipping them with the knowledge needed to navigate current challenges and seize future opportunities. The engaging discussions fostered a collaborative environment, allowing members to share experiences and strategies that are vital for driving innovation and growth within their organizations. The speaker sessions were a highlight of the event, reinforcing TLMI's commitment to enhancing industry knowledge and connectivity. Another highlight was the Speed Networking session, which proved to be an exciting addition, allowing attendees to connect quickly and efficiently. Additionally,Todd Blumsack, Head of Narrow Web Business Unit North America, showcased his competitive spirit by participating in the pickleball tournament, making it all the way to the finals—a testament to his skills on the court! Senior Account Manager Jeff Sherwood also embraced the spirit of camaraderie by joining many attendees on the golf course during a scorching tournament, where he truly sweated it out in good company. Regional Marketing Manager Brianna Martin joined other attendees in a peaceful yoga session, adding a serene touch to the event's activities. Overall, this year's meeting not only fostered valuable connections but also provided plenty of fun and engaging activities for everyone involved. We're already looking forward to next year's event!

The Siegwerk Global IT team in India has moved to a new office in Gurgaon, India. Last week, the Circuit of Lecture of the Juntos Sabemos Mais! program brought the topic of Sustainability into the conversation. Laercio Lage presented the concepts of Sustainability, Circular Economy and ESG to the young participants  and discussed how Siegwerk positions itself in this regard, along with our HorizonNOW strategy. The young people showed interest in the subject and expressed concern about climate changes.
