Rethinking the Supply Chain: The Key to Resilience For too long, the supply chain has been driven primarily by cost considerations. But is that enough anymore? Is it time to reconsider how supply chains are structured? Even before recent crises, it was becoming clear that this traditional approach wasn't sustainable.
