Let’s see if we can fit two days of strategy into one big vision! A few days ago, our stylink leadership team zoned out of our daily office grind and zoned in on a two-day offsite to brainstorm about our stylink strategy and project planning for 2025. Starting the first day at Münster’s Hafen – our favorite spot by the water in our hometown – we had an amazing time brainstorming, drawing on walls and relaxing with some exercises in between. For the second day, we moved to a serene farm in Lengerich, where we worked through the challenge of sorting out our 2025 ideas and projects, and left feeling confident in our direction. It’s going to be anything but boring! We wrapped up the two days with a team dinner, reflecting on what we had achieved. Tired but satisfied, we’re ready to bring our vision for 2025 to life! Finally one big shoutout to Torsten Krüger, who has been with us multiple times and guided our leadership team on the journey to gain new and fresh perspectives! As he put it at the start: "If by the end you feel like I wasn’t here, you’ve done everything right." He stayed true to his word and with his subtle guidance, he allowed our team to fully own the workshop. How do you turn your vision into action? Swapping emails for climbing ropes 🧗♂️ Two weeks ago our marketing team traded laptops for harnesses and took on the climbing park in Hamm. 🤩 It was an action-packed trip filled with laughter and challenges. Seven different climbing routes were on the agenda, ranging from easy to challenging – something for everyone to push beyond their comfort zone together. What an amazing way to step out of the office, have fun, help each other and connect in a different setting. Of course we had plenty of snacks on hand to keep everyone energized, an absolute must. And one thing is clear: our team is pretty brave! 💪🏼 But the day didn’t stop there; after conquering the heights, we headed to Café Med at the Münster Harbor for some well-deserved pizza and pasta. 🍕🍝 To us, days like this are more than just fun times: they always grow and strengthen our team spirit. 🫶🏼 We're ready for the next team challenge! 😎 #wearestylink #teamadventure #connectcreategrow
