At tkMC we prioritize Mental Health.   For us, our consultants’ well-being is essential and we promote it in different ways.   The most important ones are the following:   1️⃣ We use an EAP (Employee Assistance Program), which is an independent and holistic support program for companies and their employees. 2️⃣ We offer our employees the opportunity to take advantage of counseling sessions with experienced psychologists. As employer, we are not informed about who makes use of this offer. 3️⃣ tkMC offers quarterly impulse sessions to related Mental Health topics including a practical focus. Yesterday, we had a great time with students from the PIM & CEMS Student and Alumni Club Cologne e.V.   Florian, Afrem, Jeremias, Marc and Sunita brought a case study on an "Optimal Sourcing Strategy" and the students impressed by presenting innovative ideas to the table. A completely different type of Kick-off 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝘂𝗽 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 ⚽   Normally, we are used to having kick-offs with our clients or our team while working. But last Saturday was not about business. Slowly becoming more of a tradition, we had the chance to participate in the yearly Consulting Cup in Düsseldorf. This year, 12 consultancies came together to compete against each other.   Of course, not only our players were present, but also #TEAMtkMC cheering for them. We are really proud that we as a team support each other not only at work but also bring this spirit to events outside the office.   After a strong performance by everyone, our team managed to secure the victory in the penalty shootout of a thrilling final against Capgemini Invent! The Consulting Cup trophy will brighten up our wonderful office in Essen for at least the year to come!   Thank you to everyone who participated or came to cheer! A special thank you to Simon-Kucher for organizing this awesome event.
