Another successful upgrade: polysius® compound cast rollers double the service life for our Turkish customer 🙌 Following the successful delivery of a polysius® compound cast roller with shafts last year, the Turkish cement producer has again entrusted #TheServiceTeam with the order of two compound cast rollers with shafts for its polycom®, which will be delivered in June next year. 🛠 💡 In advance, our experts carried out a comprehensive engineering study together with the customer, which showed that the polysius® roller bodies guarantee an impressive service life of 40,000 hours - twice as long as the previous rollers. In addition to the longer service life, the newer roll bodies help reduce downtime and improve machine reliability, resulting in increased energy efficiency. US customer orders a pair of rolls for a roller mill 🙌 We are pleased to continue our partnership with a US cement manufacturer who has placed an order with us to supply a 42-ton pair of rolls, including tyres, for their dorol® roller mill. 💪 👨🔧 One of our Field Service advisors inspected the customer's units and found excessive wear. This highlighted the urgency of replacement. 🚀 Exciting news yet again from thyssenkrupp Polysius Asia Pacific! In September, thyssenkrupp Polysius Asia Pacific signed a contract with Siam Cement Group (SCG) in Bangkok for their cement plant located in Indonesia. The contract covers the supply of a semi-mobile primary double roller crusher and a semi-mobile secondary double roller crusher, along with an apron feeder and related conveyors, to replace the existing limestone crushing plant. This replacement is essential as the current crusher is not suited for the physical properties of the material at the client’s quarry. Installation is set to begin in August 2025. 🛠 💬 Mr. Balasubramanian V.N., Regional CEO APAC region of thyssenkrupp Polysius expressed his enthusiasm: "We would like to thank the client for once again placing their trust in our proven technology. #TheFieldServiceTeam comes to the rescue 🦸♂️ In March this year, our Field Service experts helped a German customer with a kiln emergency. The kiln had to be shut down due to a broken roller. Our team quickly replaced the roller and the kiln was up and running again. The subsequent polscan measurement revealed the kiln's axial deviation and the rollers' displacement, allowing our experts to bring the kiln back into the correct position. 🏭 👉 Do you have any questions about our polscan service?
