Our daily actions at torq.partners are deeply shaped by our values. But what do values mean if employees aren't involved in shaping them? 🤔 In our view, not much. After all, values are meant to create a shared identity. That’s why, since last year, we’ve been hosting workshops for each of our four core values – open to all torq.partners employees. Together, we discuss the dos and don’ts for each value and establish guidelines that ensure a respectful and ethical work environment 🫂 After holding a workshop on "respect" at our company offsite last summer, we focused on "responsibility" in December. Following an inspiring talk by Statefree e.V., 40 of our colleagues came together to explore what responsibility means to them and how we can integrate it into our daily work at torq.partners. The result? Clear, collaboratively developed principles that help us actively embrace responsibility ✅ These workshops keep reminding us: Values aren’t just words – they come to life through people. Especially in times of skills shortages, many companies are faced with the challenge of managing their Finance departments without a qualified CFO ⚙️ Also our client myneva was faced with difficulties in filling the CFO position and turned to us for support. By deploying Alina Nauen as Interim CFO, we were not only able to temporarily fill the vacant leadership role, but also sustainably increase the efficiency of the organization's financial processes.
