  • 💼 ⭐ An Immigration Case You Should Know We recently helped a candidate secure a job offer from a German company. The employer covered an immigration lawyer, but our candidate wisely opted for our relocation support, including housing and visa assistance. 🙈 Too often, companies pay for relocation services that operate with a checkbox mentality rather than truly advocating for candidates. How It Happened: Through our Premium relocation package, the candidate—a CIS-country passport holder living in the EU—secured a job in Germany. With extensive experience relocating candidates worldwide, we know how to navigate: ✅ Unexpected embassy requirements; ✅ Country-specific visa and relocation nuances; ✅ Key documentation and apostille needs. Our team includes former German visa center employees who previously processed applications for consulates and now guide candidates through the process. We also work with a German immigration lawyer on complex cases. Challenges We Anticipated: 🔵 The embassy would likely require degree recognition, despite the candidate’s IT experience. 🔵 Appointment slots were hard to secure, but online submission was a faster alternative. Navigating the Process: To meet the employer’s start date, we planned an immediate online submission—a tight but achievable timeline. ➡️ Company’s lawyer: "Keep refreshing for a slot; don’t submit online." ➡️ Our advice: "Submit online immediately—time is critical." Initially, the candidate followed the company lawyer’s approach. 😰 One month wasted. The embassy quickly requested degree recognition—as expected. However, we had successfully secured Blue Cards based on work experience before. ➡️ Company lawyer’s response? "Proceed with degree recognition." ➡️ Our approach? "Start the recognition process but also push for a visa based on experience—this prevents delays." We built a legal case for the visa—something the company’s lawyer should have done but didn’t—and fast-tracked degree recognition to ensure no delays. The Outcome? ✅ The embassy invited the candidate to submit documents before degree recognition was completed. ✅ The visa was approved in just six business days. ✅ The candidate is set to start in March, right on schedule. What If We Weren’t Involved? ❌ Months wasted waiting for an appointment. ❌ Delayed degree recognition, risking indefinite setbacks. ❌ A prolonged visa process with uncertain outcomes.
