𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗕𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗮 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗻, 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗻𝗲𝘄𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 We are excited to share and celebrate our newest team member, Bianca Hartmann who recently joined UnternehmerTUM Academy for Innovators as a Program Coordinator for Entrepreneurship Education. Bianca has participated in various of our programs such as Marketing Lab,Tech Challenge, and Technology Entrepreneurship Lab (E-Lab) as a participant and as Senior Coach in the Innovation Sprint while studying Management and Technology at Technical University of Munich. During her studies, Bianca honed her skills and worked at Tinus, mintech , TUM Klinikum Rechts der Isar , The Gottman Initiative, and co-organized and facilitated the Impact Week in South Africa. Bianca is not only a Freelance Design Thinking Coach, but also a Gymnastics Coach bringing an inspiring mix of creativity, coaching, and leadership to our team. Ada Yonath is an Israeli crystallographer and Nobel laureate in Chemistry, best known for her pioneering work on the structure of ribosomes. In a recent live interview with CNBC, Helmut Schoenenberger, co-founder and CEO of UnternehmerTUM, discussed the growth of Germany’s startup ecosystem and highlighted the key areas where further improvements are needed. At UnternehmerTUM and UnternehmerTUM Academy for Innovators, we’re proud to be part of this transformation. With over 50,000 students at Technical University of Munich and entrepreneurship education integrated into every third student's journey, we remain deeply committed to shaping the next generation of innovators. "𝗗𝗼 𝗜 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗮 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹?" It's a question that often arises in conversations with students and professionals. And it’s one that speaks to the heart of what entrepreneurship truly means. Kriti Thakur-Pohlmann, Educational Design and Facilitation at UnternehmerTUM Academy for Innovators, reflects on this very question after a recent experience that left a lasting impact. "Having had the chance to meet one of the most influential figures in the world, Mr. Nandan Nilekani at the TUM Speakers Series Event. For many in the audience, including myself, it was like seeing a bookshelf/newspapers from my childhood. A person who we have all seen as a public figure who has driven transformation at scale (and scale here is over a billion citizens). And as he spoke to us about his work and his legacy, something fascinating emerged - an entrepreneur transferring his passion, mindset, and skills to the complex and high-friction universe of policy and governance. We are happy to celebrate the recent completion of this semester’s Business Plan Seminar, where talented teams brought their entrepreneurial ideas to life! In 3 months, teams developed crucial skills such as conducting user and customer interviews, mastering prototyping, building business models, and leaning into their own entrepreneurial self-efficacy.
