How do you convince someone to resell your product? A commission or referral fee may be not enough of an incentive. Here’s a mini case study: An app supporting recovery from addictions aims to win rehab clinics as resellers. However, such clinics rarely interact with patients after the end of the treatment which is exactly where our app steps in. What would be a good argument here to bring clinics on board? Create a package for clinics to expand their customer life cycle and lifetime value. Simply put, help your reseller to retain their customers, deliver more value to them and generate more money.
