The development of the viDoc was driven by fantasy and imagination. But now it is fully grounded: proven in selected use case with innovative key opinion leaders and impactful market players, namely Deutsche Bahn Engineering & Consulting, IGS-Ingenieure, Ministery of Transportation Baden Württemberg. vigram is offering the whole eco-system to make smart documentation. The viDoc as enabler, a selection of viApps for specific applications and the viPoint services for processing, refinement and output of point cloud based data. At last weeks Thinkproject live in #london, together with 2Rent UK Ltd and Jorvik Design Group I had the honour of holding a speach about the BIM LÄB and the BIM workflow, which viscan GmbH has implemented in one of the largest digital only infrastructure projects in Germany - the B29. They key components at this BIM Project and for smart documentation as well as remote supervision are: 1. BIM Management software for 4D / 5D Simulations 2. vigram‘s viDoc and DJI drones for scaling up the construction #surveying process 3. #pointcloud management platform for processing the captured data from the viDoc and the drone 4. BIM Design software for designing the as planned model and extend it by accurately geopositioned #asbuilt model from the viDoc and drone 5. #Bidmanagement and #billing software - shortening the surveying process by involving accurate 3D-Scanning information about excavated volumes and construction progress for the invoicing and progress documentation —> arguments are not necessary anymore because of verifiable jobsite information. 6. Der Verband DVW e.V. – Gesellschaft für Geodäsie, Geoinformation und Landmanagement hat unseren Praxisbericht zur erfolgreichen Digitalisierung eines Tiefbauunternehmens als Teil seines Leitfadens für Geodäsie und BIM veröffentlicht. Gerade für Baustellen ist es eine große Herausforderung die täglichen Arbeiten neben dem Tagesgeschäft effizienter zu gestalten, um Zeit und Kosten für den Baubetrieb zu reduzieren. Die Aufmaßerstellung und Baudokumentation stellt für viele Unternehmen einen zeitintensiven und oft fehleranfälligen Prozess dar. Wir haben dabei auf 3 wesentliche Punkte gesetzt: - Eine sehr einfache Lösung für Poliere, Bauleiter und Maschinenführer, die direkt auf der Baustelle eingesetzt werden kann ohne großen Schulungsaufwand. - Verlagerung des Arbeitsaufwands vom Außendienst in den Innendienst: Die Kollegen vor Ort sollen nur wenige Minuten pro Tag für die Dokumentation des Bauzustandes aufbringen und dadurch viel Zeit sparen. Der Rest wird im Innendienst erledigt. - Die Lösung soll weiterhin die geforderten Nachweise für die AGs liefern: (digitale) Aufmaßblätter, prüfbare Mengenermittlungen und GIS-konforme Leitungsdokumentationen.
