    And just like that, d3con 2024 is already behind us! 😟 On Wednesday, our Managing Director Dirk von Borstel took the stage alongside Markus Pins, Prof. Dr. Joost van Treeck, Alina Vonnemann, and Carsten Becker on the Bundesverband Digitale Wirtschaft (BVDW) e.V. panel, expertly moderated by Sascha Dolling. 🔎Together, they explored how economic and political factors impact media quality, the role of programmatic advertising in addressing these challenges, and what advertisers need to consider to ensure reliable campaign delivery. 💬Reflecting on the discussion, Dirk summed up the key takeaway: "The credibility of online advertising is not created by technologies for brand safety and the like, but by attitudes and values - however, technology can help to make these attitudes and values transparent and operationalisable." A huge thank you to our fellow panelists for the thought-provoking discussion and valuable insights, and to everyone who joined the conversation before and after.     Opening up new possibilities for DOOH campaigns in our Active Agent DSP. 💫 Developed together with Ströer SE & Co. KGaA and presented today at d3con in Hamburg, a new innovation makes creative production for DCO campaigns easier and more efficient, as HTML5 creatives allow dynamic creative elements to be swapped and adapted in real-time during playout based on location, time and audience. This means more relevant, impactful and personalised ad experiences for consumers: 🎨 Optimised creative production for DCO campaigns 🏢 Greater flexibility & efficiency in DOOH ad creation 🎯 Improved adaptability for granular targeting (e.g. retail media) The first live campaign was launched last December and ran on public video screens in Munich, Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt am Main, Cologne and Düsseldorf. In partnership with L'Oréal DACH and their Maybelline Super Stay Vinyl Ink 💄👄, the campaign demonstrated real-world application. By using dynamic creative, it was possible to integrate precise, accurate information about the nearest drugstore directly into the commercial.

    Last Friday, we had the pleasure of co-hosting an exclusive morning event with VideoWeek at the 🎡💂🏼♂️Sofitel London St James, bringing together industry leaders to explore the evolving role of linear TV in the digital age. 🤔What if TV advertising could be leaner, smarter, and instantly measurable? At our event, we explored how Austria is leading the way with real-time measurement powered by HbbTV data - an innovation that's transforming TV advertising and offering valuable lessons for global markets. Thomas Peruzzi, Marius Leichte, Sebastian Hinterstoisser (TV-Insight) and Sameer Modha (ITV) shared their expertise on topics ranging from the continued relevance of linear TV to advances in real-time measurement. Their insights sparked engaging discussions and provided valuable perspectives on the future of TV advertising. 🤝Beyond the thought-provoking presentations, the morning was a fantastic opportunity to network, share ideas and explore new collaborations - all over a delicious gourmet breakfast. 🍽️☕
