🎂 #10yearsconnected – A Month Full of Highlights! 🎂 Our anniversary month was the perfect opportunity to reflect as a team on the last 10 years and celebrate our successes together. Throughout the month, various events took place at all our locations, strengthening our cohesion and sense of community. We kicked off with our anniversary cake event, which created a festive atmosphere at all sites. Additionally, there was a “Weißwurst” event featuring a traditional “Weißwurst” breakfast, where pretzels and the famous sweet mustard were a must, following Bavarian tradition. 🥨 Another highlight was our cross-location cake donation event, where many colleagues volunteered to bake cakes. The proceeds from this event will be donated to a good cause – a wonderful sign of solidarity and our collective commitment from all employees. The month concluded with a delicious candy event that brought smiles to faces at all our locations. 😊 🍬 A big thank you to everyone who made this month truly special. 🌟 Recap of Two Great Career Fairs 🌟 Last week, we had the pleasure of participating as exhibitors at the AIM for Students in Aalen and the Study&Stay in Würzburg 🎉 On October 22nd in Würzburg, the atmosphere was incredibly positive already. The event provided a great platform to meet international students and present our company to them. It was wonderful to see how many of you showed interest in our entry-level positions. Your questions and feedback were very valuable to us. We look forward to seeing many of you again in the future 🌍 On October 23rd in Aalen, we also met many talented and motivated young people who are ready to shape the future. The conversations at our booth were truly inspiring. 🚀 “Top-Karrierechancen” at Würth IT 🚀 We are delighted to have received the award for “Top-Karrierechancen" (Top Career Opportunities). This award recognizes the achievements of companies in promoting employee development and creating excellent training and career opportunities. We would like to take this opportunity to introduce some of our colleagues in more detail. Today, our colleague Teresa shares her career journey at Würth IT💡 "Hi, I’m Teresa and I’ve been with Würth IT for a little over 2.5 years. Originally, I studied adult education but quickly realized “I’m drawn to IT.” After a master’s degree in media and educational management and detours in e-learning creation, I finally landed at Würth IT - and what could be a better fit for me than the technical support of the global Learning Management System? For me, “people and machines” are equally important, and digitizing learning is my passion! My enthusiasm for the subject, my love for consulting (“yes, I love to talk”), and the opportunity to contribute and develop professionally have been appreciated and encouraged by Würth IT from the very beginning. Step by step, I took on more responsibility for the platform and have been working increasingly independently ever since. Hello Mannheim! Practical IT insights for motivated students passionate about business and IT – that was the motto of the guest lecture by Würth IT GmbH at the University of Mannheim! 🎓 Together with my colleagues Sabrina, Matthias, Stefan, Luca and Lisa, who accompanied me both online and on site, it was a true highlight of last week to hold a guest lecture at the University of Mannheim and showcase how Würth IT is bringing the IT as a team sport vision to life. 🤝 The course at the Chair of Enterprise Systems | University of Mannheim tackles topics right at the intersection of business and IT and it was a pleasure to provide some practical insights on our ONE IT strategy, as well as our process-, information-, and people centric enterprise systems.   Thank you Marcel-René and Adrian for the warm welcome and everybody who attended the class – it’s been a pleasure to meet you all!
