Today, Julia shares her personal #growth journey with #Westwing: 💻 She began her journey at Westwing almost 6 years ago as a Business Development Manager in Marketing and quickly embraced new challenges. Just one year in – right in the middle of the pandemic – she transitioned to Head of Business Development in Marketing, leading a fully remote team and joining the Marketing Leadership Team. 🚀 Soon after, she played a pivotal role in unlocking new marketing channels – from launching the YouTube presence and building the Brand Ambassador program to kickstarting early brand awareness initiatives. After three years, she advanced to the role of Director, overseeing Product Marketing, steering the marketing for the Interior Design Service, and scaling Creator Marketing into new markets. Today, as Director of Marketing Campaigns, she and her team develop powerful marketing campaigns and activations that generate significant commercial and brand impact across all markets. Whether rolling out and establishing 360 marketing activations for new products and collections, such as the latest collaboration between DEDAR Milano and Westwing, managing marketing communication for home stories, or driving sales events like Black Friday, she continues to make a real difference. ❤️ What makes her journey so special?
