To lead this effort, Midea’s has opened a new position for Refrigerator Structural Engineer. This is a full-time position.
Essential Job Duties:
Able to independently formulate technical proposals related to the structure of refrigerator projects, evaluate costs, mold investments, and development timelines. Possess extensive project development experience and can quickly formulate solutions to issues that arise during the development process. Willing to communicate, capable of independently coordinating resources across departments, and driving projects to be completed on schedule. Able to lead a team responsible for project reviews, trial production, pilot production, and mass production in various stages of new product development, organizing, coordinating, and following up on the work.Have a solid foundation in structural design, responsible for technical oversight of projects, optimizing solutions, and providing high-quality suggestions for the rationality and reliability of product structures.High enthusiasm for work, a strong sense of responsibility, a keen innovative spirit, and a willingness to take on challenges.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher, with more than 6 years of experience in refrigerator structural development.Familiar with refrigerator manufacturing processes; candidates with experience in refrigerator product project development are preferred.Proficient in using modeling tools such as AutoCAD, UG, SolidWorks (SW), Pro/Engineer (Pro/E), and OFFICE office software.Familiar with the design and processing techniques of injection-molded parts, sheet metal parts, and vacuum-formed parts, with a certain foundation in mold technology.
