I'm Michael, COO, at VoltStorage GmbH, a Munich-based start-up with currently more than 70 employees. In 2016, Michael, Jakob and Felix founded VoltStorage. Our vision was and is to make renewable energy available 24/7 to enable a green, sustainable and fair future. As an expert for stationary flow batteries, we want to cover all application areas of stationary battery storage systems with our multi-technological approach and thus contribute significantly to the energy transition.

To drive forward our major project, I am currently looking for a

Working Student Quality Management (m/f/d).

Tasks

• Supporting the company goal of realizing the Zero Waste Philosophy by growing into a Lean & Learning Organization
• Understanding the “as is” situation of process and stablishing improvement together with the other teams
• Applying tools for continuous improvement (PDCA, Kayzen, 5S, etc.)
• Proposing, creating, and revising templates and company standards
  
  
  

Requirements

• Ongoing studies of a technical or economic degree program
• Confident handling of MS Word, Visio, PowerPoint, and ideally initial experience with MS SharePoint
• Experience or knowledge in continuous improvement
• Alignment with our guiding principles (Trust, Respect, Openness and Pragmatism)
• Comfortable with communicating to an audience
• Flexibility in working with different teams of the company and project at the same time
• Interest in the topic of sustainable energy supply
• Excellent English communication skills
