But even if more and more processes can be automated, Avik Mukhija from Freshflow believes that in ten years it will still be no more than 50 percent. Too many different complex use cases and their exceptions need to be taken into account. However, EuroCIS exhibitor Freshflow is working on predicting the demand for fresh produce as accurately as possible.
