This afternoon at EMC, join Hitachi’s Mike Dixon and SuperSTEM’s Prof Quentin Ramasse to explore how a transmission-optimised SEM (Hitachi’s SU9000 II), is being utilised to study a range of materials at atomic resolution. Together they’ll review how the world’s highest resolution SEM has evolved into an analytical STEM offering sub-nm EDS, atomic-plane EELS mapping, ultra low-kV EELS, plasmonic mapping and 4D-STEM. #EMC2024 #electronmicroscopy #SEM
