Our Mews Deutschland Munich Team had a great teambuilding event this month! Even though the weather wasn't ideal for swimming, everyone had a wonderful time biking to the Isar and enjoying dinner at the Biergarten. It was a memorable evening! We just successfully concluded the first phase of our operational performance project for an electrical systems manufacturer! Through a detailed analysis of the company operational functions we identified impactful transformational levers summing up to a total #EBIT #improvement of over 8%.
