🌟 En dansk solstrålehistorie 🌟 – Med 3D-print har vi fået en strategisk muskel, der giver os en mere fleksibel produktion og har banet vejen for nye vækstområder. 3D-print er på den måde gået hen og blevet en del af virksomhedens DNA, siger Claus Ishøy, CEO hos Carmo A/S, i Metal Supply. 💪 For syv dage siden satte vi rekord, da tæt ved 1000 gæster besøgte AM Summit 2024 i Øksnehallen 💪 (in English below) Her i Dansk Am Hub har vi en uge senere stadig svært ved at få hænderne ned. ”Det er kæmpestort, når man beskæftiger sig med en potentielt lovende teknologi, som Danmark ikke har så meget fokus på. Den størrelse er svær at sammenligne med nogen anden konference, der handler om at bruge ny teknologi til at forbedre ens produktion. Det var vildt godt at se,” siger vores adm. direktør Frank Rosengreen Lorenzen Lorenzen. Frank og resten af teamet her på kontoret i Valby oplevede fremmødet som dedikeret. ”Folk kommer til AM Summit, fordi de vil være en del af en bevægelse. Hvor det ikke handler om at lave ting, vi kan købe i TEMU. De vil skabe bæredygtige produkter, og med AM og AI kan de lave bæredygtige, konkurrencedygtige produkter, som verden efterspørger. Hvorfor skulle vi printe de samme ting, vi kan lave med nutidens produktionsformer? Here at Dansk AM Hub, we are still on cloud nine. “It’s huge when you work with a potentially promising technology that Denmark doesn’t focus much on. The scale is hard to compare with any other conference that deals with using new technology to improve production. It was amazing to see,” says our CEO Frank Lorenzen. Frank and the rest of the team experienced the turnout almost as a movement within sustainable production. “People come to the AM Summit because they want to be part of a movement. It’s not about making things we can buy on TEMU. They want to create sustainable products, and with AM and AI, they can make sustainable, competitive products that the world demands. Why should we print the same things we can make with today’s production methods? 🚴♂️ Pinarello har smadret en branche. 🚴♀️ Den italienske cykelproducent Pinarello bør være et forbillede for dansk erhvervsliv, skriver vores direktør Frank Rosengreen Lorenzen Lorenzen i et blogindlæg hos Ingeniøren og hos Sustain Report. For da Pinarello sammen med cykelholdet INEOS Grenadiers Cycling Team og rytteren Filippo Ganna satte sig for at slå timerekorden gik italienerne ikke bare til tegnebrættet. De besluttede sig for at gentænke hele produktionen af cyklen. Så i stedet for at vælge den sikre vej med en støbt carbonramme printede Pinarello cyklen. I metal! Resultaterne har været slående. Ganna smadrede timerekorden, og ved det netop overståede OL på velodromen dominerede nationer, der cyklede på 3D-printede cykler. Kort sagt har Pinarello ikke bare disrupted en branche. De har smadret den. De danske virksomheder kan og bør som Pinarello omfavne fremtidens produktionsmetoder og industriel 3D-print. 🌟Welcome to the future … you’re invited🌟 Danish AM Hub & BIG - Bjarke Ingels Group have transformed and revolutionized the construction sector. With our 3D-printed pavilion, I AM MSHRM, we demonstrate that it is possible to create a 100% recyclable building. - I AM MSHRM is a system that can be designed, adapted, and constructed according to specific local conditions – thereby avoiding space waste. - The panels are printed from recycled waste, while the enclosures are created with mycelium grown in waste at Naturpladen and integrated into the panels to avoid material waste. - Together with MDT A/S, we have used robot printers on Danish soil to print with as little material as possible. In the long run, this system can be used by skilled craftsmen/makers and democratize the construction process. - Calculations with our self-developed CO2e calculator show that this construction and production emit less than 80% CO2e compared to a similar extruded aluminum frame and insulation.
