Villads Kieffer-Rasch changes title from Team Manager to Head of Team Operations for Astralis. We are proud to announce that Villads Mathias Kieffer-Rasch is changing his title from Team Manager to Head of Team Operations for Astralis ⭐ “It is a great honor to have my work with the players, TOs, and the organization recognized. Since May 2022, I have been responsible for the team’s logistical and operational needs at all tournaments – 36 LAN events and 13 online tournaments – ensuring the best possible conditions for the team.” Villads Kieffer-Rasch has been a key figure in creating structure and stability, allowing the players to focus on their performance. Now, he is stepping into an even more strategic and responsible role to strengthen the team’s operational setup. “I will continue to create structure and stability so that the players and staff can fully focus on their performance. As the reporters noted, our players attacked this match with just "the right type of zeal"—something that has, at times, been a struggle for this roster. But not in Cluj-Napoca. Not this time. 👊 The support from the Romanian crowd in the amazing BTarena was simply incredible, making this tournament an unforgettable experience. Udover spændende kampe har vi sammen skabt stærke fællesskaber og givet unge muligheden for at dele deres passion for gaming.
