Annual report shows record year for Beritech ✨    We are continuing our significant growth, culminating in the most successful year in Beritech's history. Our 2023 financial statements indicate a net income after taxes that increased to 67.2 million DKK in 2023 from 2.1 million DKK in the previous year.    While we have plenty to celebrate, this success won’t make us complacent.    In 2024, we plan to enhance our infrastructure by expanding our production facilities nationwide and focusing on reinvesting in the business areas that require attention. Our Planning team 📊 The Planning department ensures we deliver to our customers on time and always have the right number of skilled employees to complete the tasks. Teresia Madsen, Production Planner, describes the team’s agile approach: "The highway is being built as we drive, but we always reach our destination, and we carry each experience with us for the next time". To stay on top of the plan, the team interacts with many different employees across the company. “Sometimes challenges arise, from delayed deliveries to changes in staffing. And even though we do our best to plan, you can’t predict everything. December has been brimming with Christmas spirit across all our departments 🎄   We’ve embraced the festive season with fun events – from ‘Ugly Christmas Sweater Day’ and Christmas parties to family trips to Aalborg Zoo, Randers Regnskov and Tivoli.   Each of our locations also hosted holiday gatherings, giving us a chance to wish each other a Merry Christmas and celebrate the milestones we’ve achieved together 🙌   In keeping with our tradition, we made Christmas donations to support meaningful causes. New facilities equal new opportunities for our customers 🔑    We’ve recently received the keys to our new 875-square-meter facilities in Hillerød.    The space will serve as an office for our Hillerød team and an upcoming showroom, where we can invite customers to experience our solutions and values firsthand.    Anders Lomholt, our Site Director in Zealand, highlights the importance of the new location:     “It is crucial for us to have a local presence in Hillerød to provide fast and flexible support to our customers.
