I am a “B-person”. That means that I don’t enjoy getting up in the morning. 🎥 BUT I'm setting my alarm extra early because I'm thrilled to join the online fireside chat hosted by Sylvia Huang & bMightie on "How to Start a Consulting Business" on Friday morning at 8am. Reflecting on my three-year adventure with Bobbie & Beastie, I've picked up a few nuggets of wisdom I'm happy to share 👇 🦘 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗼𝗺 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 Being my own boss has its advantages. It means I can blend work with my love for travel and still be there for my family in moments that matter. 🚀𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗞𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗠𝗲 𝗚𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 From Agtech to Fintech and everything in between— every industry I've dipped into has kept my learning curve exciting and exponential. It will never get boring! 🤗𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲 I’ve learned to pass off energy-sapping tasks like accounting to the pros who can do it in a fraction of the time. This frees me up to focus on what I do best. 🤠𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗱 I always keep my roadmap plotted out at least six months in advance—it’s a game changer. 💜𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 Finding kindred spirits to collaborate with has not only been essential but has made this whole journey a great experience.
